Last updated: July 2026

01

Registration and participation

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and verification of the information submitted. Participants must provide accurate personal, institutional and billing details. The organiser may request supporting documents when required.

02

Abstracts and programme

Abstract acceptance does not automatically include registration, travel, accommodation or publication charges. Session titles, speakers, rooms, delivery mode and programme timings may be adjusted when operationally necessary.

03

Fees, payment and taxes

Fees are displayed in the selected currency and may vary by registration category and deadline. Bank, card, payment gateway, currency conversion and applicable tax charges are the responsibility of the payer unless stated otherwise.

04

Cancellation, substitution and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the policy shown during registration or on the issued invoice. Approved refunds may exclude payment gateway, banking, administrative and already incurred service costs. A registered participant may request a substitute subject to organiser approval.

05

Event changes and force majeure

The organiser may postpone, relocate, convert the event format or modify services because of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including travel restrictions, public health requirements, natural events, venue issues or government directions.

06

Participant conduct

Participants must maintain professional conduct and comply with venue, safety, intellectual-property and anti-harassment requirements. Access may be restricted for misuse, disruption, fraudulent information or unlawful activity.

07

Intellectual property and recordings

Authors retain responsibility for the originality and permissions of submitted material. Conference photographs, screenshots or recordings may be used for event documentation and promotion unless a written objection is received before the event.

08

Liability

Participants are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, travel, accommodation and personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for indirect loss, travel disruption or third-party services.

09
