Submit Your Abstract

Complete each field using the short guidance shown below it, then review the one-page A4 proceedings preview before submission.

Presenting Author

Enter the presenting author’s full name, including initials where required. This name appears first in the proceedings.
Enter the full university, organisation, department or institution name. Avoid unexplained abbreviations.
Select the country associated with the presenting author’s affiliation.
Enter a reachable Phone or WhatsApp number with country code, for example +91 98765 43210.
Enter the presenting author’s active email. The reference number and all status updates are sent here.

Abstract Details

Enter a clear and specific title in sentence case. Avoid unnecessary symbols, all-capital text and very long titles.
Write 150–500 words covering background, objective, methods, key results and conclusion. The preview and print output must remain within one A4 page.
